Ingredients:

  • 1 package slider buns
  • 6 large eggs
  • 12 slices bacon, cooked until crispy
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Chopped chives for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, Dijon mustard, maple syrup, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and scramble the eggs until just set.
  5. Place a slice of cheddar cheese on each bun bottom in the baking dish.
  6. Spoon the scrambled eggs over the cheese-covered buns.
  7. Top each slider with two slices of crispy bacon.
  8. Place the bun tops over the bacon and press down gently.
