  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 large potatoes, diced

  • 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
